Ajoy has over 12 years of experience in advertising with J. Walter Thompson, where he was Associate Vice President & Senior Creative Director. Over the years, Ajoy has worked on leading Brands like Maggi Citibank, Maruti, Hero Honda, Swatch, Rado, Omega, Indian Express, Bridgestone, Ford Ikon and the Indian Army among the several others. Ajoy has won the awards, at the New York Advertising Festival, Bombay Ad Club, Delhi Ad Club, Calcutta Ad club and the A & M Awards.
In 1997, the Indian Army Recruitment Campaign won Campaign of the Year at the Bombay Ad Club. Ajoy was elected copywriter of the year by the Delhi Ad Club in 1999. Ajoy was the creative director with Springboardd. Ajoy is now a Senior consultant, as he is currently a successful writer and columnist.

Rajiv has worked on Brands Like Motorola, Binnies Chips, Maltova, Dabur Chyawanprash, Hajmola, Pudin Hara, among several others. His new brand work includes Motorola, Binnies Chips, Denta Care, Sleepwell, Buddy Davis, VOI, Twinnings Tea. Rajiv runs a very successful venture in Global University education and is now a Senior Consultant.
